Kekecewaan-Ku

Aku terkesima! Pagi Selasa yang damai berubah menjadi huru-hara gara2 email "berani" dari seorang staf.

Hajat untuk bersemuka dengan staf terbabit pada pagi itu, tidak kesampaian bila mana panggilan dan SMS tidak berjawab. Perbincangan bersama sahabat pada malam sebelumnya sia2 kurasakan. Apa yang berlaku adalah sesuatu yang agak mengejutkan dan ia sememangnya adalah pengajaran paling berharga bagi diriku.

Email yang dititip memang akan ku kenang sampai bila2:


To Mr X and Mr Y,

I am tendering my resigination today from Company Z,I have no chance to meet you however I have to tell you what is going on in call centre among the staff and superior and I am very disapointed the way their treat me and for your information not only me but some of other staff having same problem like me,of course no one will come foward to tell what exactly happening.

Is that wrong for me to take medical leave when I was sick? and I am given my doctor's letter with my conditon but when I call Ms A which is my team manager she sms me "I dunt trust your words can you come to office with doctor's letter's and need to check with the doctor wheter you realy sick or not"...is this call profesionalism for such a big organisation.

Let me tell you about Ms B she talking bad about everyone especialy those people she dunt like and she think she is so prefect until she can talk about other peoples back please ask her to shut her mouth just do her work rather then talk about other people back,yealing and screaming to then staff in call centre like those aunty in the market is this call profesional for team manager like her.How can she can be manager and she just dunt know anything about her job all she know gossiping,talk bad about other people's.

I been waiting for my medical claim since almost going to be 8 months now and many times went to HR deparment but no one seems to be care about that, then why your management making empty promises to staff that if summiting the claim in before 20th in the month and we will get in next pay???.For people like me applying annual leave must apply one mth in advance but for those other people dunt even have to wait one day to apply the leave and will be approved.I am not came from rich family all I wanted just my medical claims back thats's all.I have no choice to write like this today because i cannot tolerate working with people like this and their cannot understand other's feelling;s for those people not happy like me please come foward to tell what is going on and I am doing this today because not for me but for those people suffering like me and back stabbed by your superior and manager's

Finaly I know loosing staff like me to your managemeny not going to gain anything but please ask yourself how do you feel if you in my situation and I am regret working in this kind organisation treating people worst then street dog...INVITING VIP'S AND MEDIA FOR PRESS TO TELL THE BEST CALL CENTRE IS JUST NOT ENOUGH,FIRSTLY PLEASE TRY TO UNDERSTAND YOUR STAFF NEEDS AND THEIR PROBLEM FIRST............
