ME : all the TMs gone, must need someone to replace, so here i am, know nothing but have to do everything

ME : there's a lot of things that I can learn here
ME : i just think that I can't cope with too much of new things
ME : no doubt the management gave me a great opportunity for me to learn and develop myself
ME : but sometimes i just think I can't do it
SL : that's natural
SL : i often think i can't do it as well
SL : in fact i am still learning on hw to ask correctly so i can get the info that i require
SL : if u put in effort, it can be seen just do ur best and if a good mgr, it whd be recognized

ME : I just want to be able to be the best in what i'm doing

SL : one thing i hv to warn u though... being the best in what you are doing whd cause undue stress and sometimes its nt possible to be the best in what you are doing
SL : i whd say juz do what u can at best effort. certain things are really not within ur control so no point beating yourself up over that.
ME : ya i won't force my self too much
ME : i'll do whatver i can
SL : be happy in what you are doing. that is very important in going long term.

She really knows how to talk to people. A soft spoken, ambitious, inspiring and a really good motivator. I missed her so much! I really do.
